Top Breed Fitness offers one on one personal training, partner training, and private group training of three or more. We have 2,000 square feet of space to get your sweat on, improve yourself, and reach your future goals. You can incorporate your workouts with a variety of unique fitness tools including TRX suspension straps, heavy bags, tires, turf, sleds, and free weights. The types of training available vary from functional training for improving everyday movement to high intensity interval training (HIIT) to target cardio and weight loss. Trainer

Paul - Trainer/Owner

Paul is a Certified Personal Trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT). Paul has experiences ranging from helping clientele reach tremendous weight loss goals with multiple cases of losing 50+ pounds to athletes who are seeking to improve overall athleticism. Paul is also a corrective exercise specialist (NASM-CES) in which he has helped previous cases improve posture control, muscular imbalances, range of movement, and help decrease biomechanic dysfunctions that will help avoid injuries.
